Unibet Scratch : -
Unibet Scratch is just a small subdivision of the overall Unibet online gaming operation, made up of a sportsbook, poker room, online casino, live casino, bingo, games, skill games and scratch cards. Unibet Scratch is the newest addition to the lineup, offering a new twist on scratch card games.
Everything you need to play Unibet scratch cards is available directly on the web site. You won’t even have to navigate your way through the site to get started. There are four available scratch cards, each with its own pre-set price, €0.50, €1, €2 and €5. Click a price and you’re ready to start scratching.
When you load the Unibet Scratch site, you’ll be automatically playing scratch cards for free. Look in the top right hand corner of the ticket screen to click over to real-money play. You’ll have to be logged in to play for scratch cards for real money.
Unlike most online scratch cards, there are progressive jackpots associated with some of the scratch card games. Playing the €2 and €5 scratch cards come with progressive jackpots, €0.50 and €1 scratch cards do not. You will see the height of each jackpot and progressive displayed under the ticket price tabs. For this reason, when playing a €2 scratch, the lowest prize may be something weird, like €2.45, instead of €2 even.
Unibet offers special bonuses for games and scratch cards, but nothing set in stone outside sportsbook, poker and casino bonuses. Be sure to read over the current promotions, or look in the cashier window, for any scratch card bonuses that may be available.
Unibet Scratch is especially popular throughout the UK and much of Europe. However, some European countries are not permitted to play for real money. Restricted regions include the Netherlands, Jersey, Malta, Isle of Man, Guersney and the United States.
Unibet Scratch Games, Stakes and Payouts
There are four online scratch cards at Unibet Scratch. All are available directly on the Unibet Scratch main page, loading in a same-page Java window. At the top of the window are 4 scratch card prices - €0.50, €1, 2€ or €5 – Triple Wins, Triple Wins Star Ticket, Triple Wins High Roller and Triple Wins Platinum, respectively.
All four are traditional scratch cards, where the player must match 3 like amounts to win. A special bonus box in the corner is scratched to reveal a prize multiplier of 1x, 2x or 3x. The player can choose from 4 scratch tools, depending on the card they are playing. The Platinum card offers things like a diamond ring, while the cheaper cards offer guitar picks, bottle caps, etc.
The max payouts can vary at Unibet Scratch. The two cheaper scratch cards of €0.50 and €1 have preset jackpots of €10,000 and €50,000, but the €2 and €5 scratch cards carry progressive jackpots. Players can view the current jackpot size under the available stakes, displayed above the scratch cards. The highest payout on a €5 scratch card is €1,750,000 at max progressive.
Unibet Scratch Software and Graphics
While we really appreciate the setup and design of Unibet Scratch, instantly loading all Java-based scratch cards directly in the main window (no pop-ups), a smoother scratch effect would be nice. The graphics are great, and every feature is readily available, from the scratch tools to the pay-table. But as soon as you hold down the mouse key and start scratching, there are twitchy interruptions as the card struggles to keep up with your movements. Maybe the fastest internet connection would be smoother, but we tried adjusting the quality to the lowest level, and while the graphics dropped greatly in quality, the twitchiness remained.
Unibet Scratch Customer Support
Unibet Scratch presents players with an array of customer support options, from live chat and email to toll-free telephone and fax (in the UK).
